When a visitor enters a name or case number in a search tool, the query is sent to the outside provider that runs the search and returns its results. Missouri Court Docket does not store or log the terms entered in that tool.

An email or contact message is retained so the team can answer it. We restrict its use to that work and do not share it outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.

It provides general directions to Missouri Case.net and to the Circuit Clerk or division holding a court file. Under Missouri Court Operating Rules 2 and 4, judicial access and the official case record are governed by court rules; the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, is not a blanket request route for trial case files. Visitor information collected by this site is not compiled into a consumer report about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside providers operate the search boxes. A query entered there is handled under that provider's privacy terms, including its retention and sharing practices. Missouri Court Docket does not set or control those practices, so read the provider's policy before submitting a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Missouri court pages, county or city clerk resources, legal-aid organizations, and outside search providers. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy and practices apply. Review those terms before sending personal information.
Some advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and choose ads. Missouri Court Docket does not operate that tracking.
